Football finance expert Stefan Borson says the consortium comprising of billionaire Amazon founder Jeff Bezos, British-Indian millionaire businessman Amit Bhatia and Facebook co-founder Eduardo Saverin is "one of the wealthiest to have ever gone after a football club". BBC Sport has been told the group have advanced its talks to buy about a 30% stake in Liverpool.
